We do all we can to make the buying process clear and simple, even though the furniture is custom made. Here is a guide to the process, from our first contact to receiving it in your home.

With help from our home page, where we can look at examples of our pieces, we can help you make the right decision.

TIME TO CHOOSE

We tell you about our concept and the possibilities for the different designs.

This is what you need to decide:

✔ Dimensions
✔ Surface finish (if choosing a plank table )

QUOTE

We inform you of the price for the piece that you are looking for, including any costs for delivery or installation.

✔ Accept by telephone or mail

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We send you an order confirmation, including an expected delivery time. The order should be accepted by you, and confirmed by Email. Our payment terms are Up front. We send payment information and our workshop will start working on your order once payment has been received. 

PRODUCTION

✔ Our craftsman starts finding the material for your furniture.

DELIVERY

When your furniture is ready for delivery, our freight company will contact you to arrange delivery.
